Brazil to Receive Final Batch of Mil Mi-35s Soon

Russia will soon deliver the final batch of three Mil Mi-35s to Brazil under the 2008 contract for 12 helicopter gunships, according to ITAR-TASS.
“Receiving of the fourth batch of these choppers is about to end. Machines will be delivered soon,” Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation Alexander Fomin was quoted as saying.
The final batch of three attack helicopters was delayed due to “technical issues”.
Fomin said that consultations with Brazil also continued for supply of air defense missile gun systems Pantsir-S1 to that country.
