Royal Cambodian Armed Forces: Royal Cambodian Army, Royal Khmer Navy, Royal Cambodian Air Force (Active 124,300 Personnel. (Army 75,000 Navy 2,800 Air 1,500; Provincial Forces 45,000) Paramilitary 67,000) Note: Terms of service conscription authorised but not implemented since 1993. 18 is the legal minimum age for compulsory and voluntary military service.

 FACILITIES The Royal Cambodian Air Force primarily operates from its headquarters at Phnom Penh (Pochentong) International Airport and maintains a secondary presence at Siem Reap

Note: Cambodia has 6 airports with paved runways (2,438 to 3,047 m: 3 1,524 to 2,437 m: 2 914 to 1,523 m: 1), and 5 airports with unpaved runways (1,524 to 2,437 m: 1 914 to 1,523 m: 9 under 914 m: 1), and one heliport.
